The pregnancy rates vary greatly by age, PCOS subtype, and other issues (status of male, status of fallopian tubes, etc)
However, a general range for women < 35 years old (who have PCOS, irregular cycles, and no other infertility issues) following medications to induce ovulation is between 10-15% every month.
