What are the chances of getting pregnant the first time with pcos meds

Dr. Daniel Kort replied 4 months ago

Hi Lynne –

The pregnancy rates vary greatly by age, PCOS subtype, and other issues (status of male, status of fallopian tubes, etc)
However, a general range for women < 35 years old (who have PCOS, irregular cycles, and no other infertility issues) following medications to induce ovulation is between 10-15% every month.

If you are interested in exploring this further, I would be happy to meet with you in person for a full consultation.

Best – Daniel Kort, MD
