What is the price of in vitro fertilization? And will insurance apply?

The price of IVF varies depending on the which type of IVF your doctor recommends. At Neway Fertility, we have Natural Cycle IVF, Conventional/Traditional IVF, Mild IVF, and IVM. Depending on the type of insurance you have, you may have coverage but we do not know until our staff verifies your insurance coverage.

What are the chances of getting pregnant the first time with pcos meds?

The pregnancy rates vary greatly by age, PCOS subtype, and other issues (status of male, status of fallopian tubes, etc)
However, a general range for women < 35 years old (who have PCOS, irregular cycles, and no other infertility issues) following medications to induce ovulation is between 10-15% every month. Hello, I has to have a Supracervical hyster and then several years later had my left ovary removed. The right one is fine from what I’m being told. What is the process to have my eggs removed and to invitro with my husband? My sister is willing to carry for me. Please point me in the right direction. Thank you. Emily

Yes, this is something we can help with.
Briefly, your ovaries are simulated with medications to produce multiple follicles, which contain eggs.
The eggs are then retrieved in a brief office based procedure.
On the day of this retrieval, your husband provides a sperm sample for fertilization and the embryos are created and develop in our lab for 5-6 days.
The gestational carrier (your sister) is then prepared to receive the embryo and the embryo is transferred into her uterus.

I have PCOS. I’m trying to have a baby but it’s hard natural. Would this place be able to help me with this process? If so what is the cost of it?

Thank you for your interest. Yes, helping women with PCOs conceive is one of the main things we do. Treatments vary from very simple things such as taking a pill to more aggressive therapies such as IVF. Costs also vary depending on what level of treatment is required. Fortunately, we do accept most insurances and most patients have some degree of insurance coverage for the evaluation and treatment. I have irregular periods. What does that signify for me in terms of getting pregnant?

Each patient is assessed and treated individually, having an irregular period is not a marker for not being able to get pregnant. Further testing and monitoring have to be done in order to understand your cycle.

Hello, this is suk who wishes to receive IUI with donated sperm if my condition is allowed. First of all, in my case, do I have to contact a sperm bank by myself or could you help me with this issue as well? Second, how much cost do I need to expect without any insurance? Third, how much time period am I supposed to expect and how many times do I need to see a doctor for this one time procedure? Please, help me out. Thanks!

1. For donor sperm insemination, you will purchase sperm from a local or national sperm bank. We will guide you on how to purchase the sperm and help arrange shipment to our fertility center.
2. The cost varies depeding on the exact type of treatment cycle, but is usually between $1000 and $2000, not including purchasing the sperm.
3. A typical insemination cycle takes about 2 weeks (starting with the beginning of a menstrual period) and you will see the doctor 2-3 times.
