Our yoga programs are designed so woman with fertility challenges benefit from a nurturing class and find peace in a very stressful time. We focus on strengthening and relaxing your body through therapeutic poses, and breathing techniques with guided meditation. Medical research views yoga as helpful because it reduces stress, however, yoga practitioners believe there are much broader benefits including aligning hip and pelvic areas to improve the flow of blood and energy through the body and balancing hormones.
